• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Ran outta gas today

Always wanted to find out Most I ever put in was 5.5, the bars were always gone at that point. Well pushed it a bit far last night and ended up pushing it a few blocks to the filling station. 180 files on the nose. I put the nozzle in about an 1 and 1/2 deep and let it shut off itself. Took...

    Spyder on fire?

Thanks for the pics Thanks for posting the pics. We didn't think to take pictures. No cause for the fire as yet but the Chicago dealer thinks it is totaled. The link referred to in this thread is the same fire. The Can-Am marketing guys rode by on their RT's just as we were getting ready to...

    Back from Chicago-Safe and sound!

Didn't look that bad Actually probably spend too much time getting the little bag off that goes between your legs and evacuating the trunk. The flames seemed to subside for a bit but that is the gas tank right there. The son's bike was completely stock, no riser

It has had all the regular maintenance including the 6,000 mile behemoth a few weeks before we left for Chicago. The shop always assures me that they reviewed all the available recalls etc. and...

We spent 8 hours in two separate shops on the way out getting new tires and an alignment for my son's bike which somehow got over 3 inches out of alignment. Thanks a bunch to Hicklin Power...

    Slick Corbin Seat

You be right Thanks guys. Bought a roll of the stuff at WalMart, cut out a couple of pieces and hit the road. Perfect! And a good thing, that dang Wyoming wind will darn near pull you off the bike if you aren't paying attention! Again thanks for all the quick info.

    Slick Corbin Seat

So probably due to my poor posture my tail bone was really giving me fits after a few months on the Spyder. Got a Corbin seat and it took just a month or so before I was completely comfortable again. However my problem now is I can't stay on the seat. No grip between jeans and leather. Have...
