• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

DESS ERROR ON SCREEN WONT START

CT A note on warped rotor problem: I was having serious vibration from my front tires, right front extreme. Have had the rotor replaced, and the second one was starting to act the same. Tried rebalance, lots and lots of ceramic tire beads, the vibration was only gone when the tires were cold...

Who is actually using a 165/55 R15 car tire? What brand & where to get them?

I've got 18,000 + miles on an F3-S, replaced the rear (worn out) with a Kuhmo car tire and am very happy with it so far. Over the last two years I can't keep the front Kenda's balanced. Lately they go out of balance in a day! Lots of tread left but they have to go!

    Front Brake Rotor Warp

My right front was warrantied. And yes, the new one is warping. Easy to tell, just lift the tire off the ground and spin it!

Don't balance front tires with beads alone

I think we're done with Kenda Tires! Haven't been here for years--sorry! We've gone from an early RT-S to now my wife's '14 ST Limited and my F3-S. We've battled tire balance problems on the two current machines as long as we've had them. The right-front disc on my F3 keeps warping, too(?)...

Difficult cold weather starting - any ideas?

Battery Tender? Try a Battery Minder I tracked down a somewhat fancier version of a "Battery Minder" that has hands down out performed any charger/maintainer I've ever used. Have had three different motorcycle and atv batteries that went south fast with a simple tender attached. The Battery...

    2012 RT Bluetooth adapter

Possible alternative... We've got a version of the Scala Rider wireless coms that are a few years old--mostly used when we're out on the ATV's--but they will sync-up with bluetooth anything easily, and have wired accessory input as well. Took a phone call while on my motorcycle and the guy on...

    2013 Spyder...

We just bought our 2011 RT(new, Logan Utah--good people up there), and it was interesting to note how few used RT's there were out there offered up for sale. Says something about how much people like what they've got. This machine is primarily for my wife to ride to work in better weather, I'll...

    Stoned! My belt that is!!

Shafts and Belts--read only after your mind returns from the gutter... Our RT is the first machine I've had with a belt drive for the road. I'm comming up on 86,000 on a Honda ST1300A, and though the spline lube is pricey, I've only bought it once (doesn't take much). Have heard of less than...

Spyder RT 2011 - Fuel Gauge

Newb one here. First post, here goes... picked up our 2011 RT-S SE5 new, noticed the fuel gage jumps a lot. Also noted the temp gage doesn't light up. Dealer is 40 miles out, talked to a mechanic on the phone (they don't seem to use Email much) and he said no worries, he'll change them out when...
