• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What Rear Tire Size is needed to correct the speedo?

I posted this chart of tires for the Spyder a couple of years back. I haven't updated it but I'm sure most of the data is still valid. The file is in a PDF document. Hopefully this can help someone considering new tires. The ones I used were the Hankook I highlighted in light blue. Enjoy!!!

Another Oil Thread (sorry!) - Has anyone tried using Mobil 1 10W40?

I have been using Rotella T6 Full Synthetic in my 2017 RT-L for several years. No issues whatsoever. Meets all specifications required by Cam-Am.

Need new Tires for 2015 F3-S - what's everyone running?

I put together a spreadsheet with various front and rear tires that will fit my 2017 Spyder RT-L. I ended up going with the Hankook Ventus 2 Concept 2 for the rear. The front went with Hankook Ventus 4 ES for the front. I have been really happy. Very good handling and stability. My neighbor...

REPORT: How my Fuel gauge works - MPG's per bar

That's a interesting assessment Mike. I have toyed with removing the analog gauge on my 2017 RT-L and using the digital display bars but I keep telling myself WHY! I disconnected it and the temp gauge once while installing an USB plug-in on the switch gang to just to see it on the digital...

What were the best 3 A/mkt items you added to your Spyder?

1-Lamonster Belt dampener - Keeps vibration at bay at higher highway speeds 2-Baja Ron sway bar - helps in cornering and too excessive sway. 3- Belt Gard - keeps rocks off the belt Many more but you only wanted three! :) I'll add Magic Mirror mounts - to assist in removing tupperware quicker.

I have questions about various model configurations

The RT-L is limited to the factory case. If you want to go to a larger case, either aftermarket or Cam-Am, you will need to get a F3 model. I have a 2017 RT-L and my neighbor has a 2017 F3 and he has a much larger case and its wider too! Not a game changer for me because I love my RT-L and I...

    GPS and XM Radio mount?

Just stream the XM app via bluetooth through the Zumo to your helmet communicator or directly to your helmet communicator from your cell phone. No need for mounting the an additional piece of electronics on dash! My iPhone is normally on my side while I drive or on it's mount on the handlebar.

Passenger Arm Restsfor GS / RS / RSS / ST

Hello Dave, Will these mount on 2017 RT? Also, how do they mount and how difficult is it? Lastly, do the rests flip up and how much are they going for? Thanks!

HowTo: Bluetooth (Sena SM10 dongle) homemade harness revisited

Not sure how long this topic has been discussed lately but here it goes. I have a 2017 RT Limited. I want the music to stream to my helmet via bluetooth so I don't have to use the speakers on the bike. The RT cannot stream radio music via the Garmin. I also don't need the big expensive...

    Stereo

Does anyone have the pin out locations/numbers to make a cable from the RT radio line out connector plug to plug into a BT transmitter? I can make a cable but would like know the pins to connect too before hand to save time. I don't need the power pins cause I will use the accessory jack in the...
