• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Bike running! Hi everyone. Just wanted to post a video of the bike running, since after all it was all of us who made her run again.... BTW, sorry to not post any updates, but it's been crazy hot in Las Vegas, and not really nice to ride or work on the bike with this kind of weather. Again...

    Project bike with no keys...

I had to take down the pallet wall I had in the garage/man cave, I just realized that: 1 It makes the man cave hotter, something you don't appreciate when doing 117f 2 Stupid "liquid nail" won't stick to the walls at this temperatures, so... missed a day taking down all the pallet tables that...

thanks for the dealer hint I'll call them today and try to get some pointers on what might be wrong with her, I'm guessing I should keep trying to get her running, at least during the summer while the kids is off school, after that if it isn't working, then I'll just bite the bullet and send...

    Project bike with no keys...

Quick Update... Hey everyone. Finally had some time to play with the bike, and I can gladly report that the new DESS module was installed and worked out of the box. As soon as I opened the ignition switch, it booted and about 3 secs later, it displayed the "NEXT KEY" message, so I removed that...

    Project bike with no keys...

thanks for the quick replies... While doing some part searching I realized that the 219800070 part number is listed as "Ignition Switch & DESS Module Kit", and part number 710001195 is just listed as: DESS Module, maybe I'll get lucky and they are in fact the same but one has a "bundled" part...

Brief history, the guy I bought it from had her about 2 years in pieces on his...
