• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Who makes the widest saddle for an RT (14)? Does it sit high or low?

    Short ride uncovered issues?

Mine is a semi-auto SE6. Thanks everyone, some really great ideas. I especially like the wallet idea and think that it will help putting it in my jacket or vest pocket. I like the Tri-axis handlebar idea but damn those things ain't cheap, wow. And to have them installed probably will be the same...

    Short ride uncovered issues?

I've got 989 miles on my RT. I only get the numbness issue when riding the RT thats why I think maybe I'm stretched out too much or possibly set back too far.

    Short ride uncovered issues?

Wife and I went on a short ride last night about 45 or so miles. I noticed that my right hand started to numb as if falling asleep, it was quite uncomfortable. If I dropped my arm down for a few seconds it went away for a bit. My butt started to burn as well, numbness not heat. I found myself...

    Nevada in late June

Depending on your time frame, Elko Nv has Elko Motorcycle Jamboree over fathers day weekend. Usually 3000 to 5000 bikes. Its a great time, live music and friendly people. Good riding as well. I would recommend I-80 from Salt Lake City Utah through Elko, Winnemucca on into Reno. The weather is...

    My RT/Mods

This is the wrap kit I bought from Wrap my Spyder: http://www.wrapmyspyder.com/shop/graphics-kits/break-stripe-kit/. They are great, fast and a great product. As far as the backup camera I wired mine for reverse only. It can be difficult to see in full sun depending on the direction your...

    My RT/Mods

I bought a 4.3" color monitor and camera off Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S8OXRU0/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1, for around $30. I covered the front and back decals with decals provided by Wrap My Spyder when I ordered my decal kit. They were included at not cost!!

    Spyder at bike night

Last week a group of us went out and escorted a group of roughly 70+ riders on their way to Rolling Thunder. We escorted them through town ending at the VFW for a BBQ for them. After I finished backing up my RT into a parking spot an HD rider with his wife ask me if it was difficult riding in...

    Backrest mod

Rottie, the sleeve is permanently mounted on the cross bar I mounted under the seat. The Backrest arm just slides right into the sleeve and is a solid mount.
