• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Both my previous R1150RT and K1200RS brake systems were vented. Part of the yearly maintenance on the bikes was to drain, fill and bleed both the clutch and brake/ABS system to due to moisture accumulation in the fluid.

    Clutch Switch Question

    Coincidentally... When my ST was delivered the clutch switch and harness wasn't even installed. It had been left off at the factory. The switch and how it's routed isn't in the parts fiche as far as I saw. Your local dealer might have to call the factory to get the info for you.

    Adj Backrest With my adjustable backrest snugged all the way back, the rearmost tip of my ST-S seat is just about even with the backrest forward edge.
