• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    RT Limited Cup Holder

    I had an old cupholder from Barefoot Willie. I found a plastic pipe clamp at Menards for a couple of bucks and attached the cup holder to the clamp. It works well for me.

    I noticed after my second oil change for our 2012 RT that my exhaust sounded a little louder (which I liked). I thought maybe it was beginning to break in. I also noticed my gas mileage really improved even when towing the trailer. After the third oil change, I noticed the exhaust sounded wimpy...

    One thing I have found is that if you are looking for a good place to eat, look for Goldwings in the parking lot. If you are looking for a place with great drinks, look for Harleys.

    Would you buy your RT all over again?

    Yes, we would buy another RT. This one is a 2012 with 9000 miles. Our previous bike was a HD Ultra that we rode over 65000 miles. We are very glad to have made the switch to our RT.

    Thanks. I do need to talk them out of going to Milwaukee, but they really like new roads like the rattler. Hope to come down that way!

    Bringing a friend My wife and I were scheduled to do a ride with some friends--they still ride a Harley. Could we still stop by and meet some Spyder riders? Perhaps this would be enough to convince them to upgrade from their Harley.
