• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Has anyone adapted these Cargo Nets to the '20-Up?

Don't need them. I purchased the Spyderpops bag liners below, and it fills that area perfectly. https://spyderpops.com/spyderbags-custom-designed-to-use-every-inch-of-the-side-cases-1-pair-rt-models-all-years/

Its hard to get off 2 two wheels and onto three.

Brian, You're gonna do fine with a Spyder. I too had to transition from 2 wheels to 3 back in 2020. Bought our Spyder RTL on October 7th, 2020, and 2 days later my wife and I took off on a 1500 mile ride through Northern Arizona, Utah, Nevada. The first 2 days I literally thought I had made a...

How do you find good clean hotel rooms at a fair price?

Like others on this thread, we use brand group memberships for discounts. Hilton Honors, Marriott, etc. But, the brand that we seem to use the most is Choice Hotels. However, we mainly stay at Choice's Comfort Suites brand of hotels. We will occasionally stay at a Comfort Inn and Suites...

    Baja Ron sway BAR explained

The only thing I can add to this thread is: Two weeks ago, I made my way to SpyderPops, and had him and his team do a laser alignment, and install the BajaRon sway bar to our 2020 RTL. Currently my wife and I are vacationing in Smoky Mountains National Park. Yesterday day was our first full day...

To trailer, or not to trailer? That is the question. I'm downright torn.

Thanks everybody for all of your great insights and ideas. You have convinced me that I need to put a trailer in my sights for shopping. I know many have said they are having great experiences with different brands of trailers, however, I think I'm leaning toward going with a Can Am. There's...

To trailer, or not to trailer? That is the question. I'm downright torn.

Hey Y'all, We've had our 2020 RTL since October of last year. We are absolutely loving it so far! We are now tossing around the idea of buying a pull behind trailer, with the idea that it will give my wife more room for storing stuff that she might buy while we're travelling. Also, It will...

    Reliability of the Spyder

I do remember that 2015 CR motorcycle reliability report. It was a huge thing at the time among the motorcycle enthusiast world. A lot of people were talking about it. CR rated Yamaha as the most reliable motorcycle brand in the market, and that really didn't surprise me at all, given the fact...

    CloverCrawler is down!

CloverCrawler, Dude! I'm so glad you're here to tell us about it. That was a close call. And, for your sake I'm glad you're willy is still useable! LOL! Some observations: 1. Don't let the friggin dealer push you around on the ordered accessories. Like some have said, I think you need to keep...

Attending first NASCAR Race. Need advice

Hi Folks. Hope you're all doing well. This weekend I am taking my 12yr old grandson to our first NASCAR race at Texas Motor Speedway. Its the Allstar Race. We have already purchased tickets, however, for you NASCAR fans that attend races. I need some advice on what we should do about scanners...

    shaft vs belt drive

Makes one wonder if Can Am has plans for a 2nd Gen F3/3rd Gen RTL with an over 1400 power plant, mated to a shaft drive.

    Controls backlit?

Thanks Mike! I feel the same. Doesn't annoy me enough to try to disassemble and get into the who-hah of messin with that control. But, if there was an easy fix, it was gonna be worth the question.

    Controls backlit?

Hey Gang, We are new to Spyder-ing. Bought our 2020 RTL last October, and we're LOVING it more and more with each new ride. However, something that is a tad bothersome to me is: what is the deal with no backlighting of the controls on the handlebars? On the left side, the round toggle button...

Top rack luggage bag, which one?

Shadow71, I have now purchased a wrap from Wrapmyspyder to install on the lid. Just waiting on the weather to warm up before I install it. Recommended 70 degrees or higher to install.

Has Anyone Tried the Can Am Nolan Helmet

I think I'm gonna look at those Bell's you speak of. Our Nolan's are getting a little long in the tooth. Time to replace.
