• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Frame paint

    I have an f3s, grey and black with the red frame...was wondering if anyone knew about touch-up paint for the frame? Dealer gave me color numbers and said it was dragon red...Color Rite doesn't have it, yet. Any ideas? Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

    Fuel light

    One comment I made to a BRP rep on a follow up survey call was that I thought the low fuel light could be brighter...hard to see in the Florida sunshine...I have ran out and thank goodness for Roadside Service...BTW, hasn't happened again, I now refuel on two bars...lol. Sent from my XT1254...

    FINALLY! Received the last of my accessories, the saddlebags...only took 3 months!

    Had mine installed, looked a bit much for my feeble mechanical ability...I was concerned with the locks too, thought for the money they could have worked smoother...I did load them up with some graphite and they loosened up some.

    It's the f-3s model with the semi-automatic...same as I had on the '13 STS...my previous ride was an '08 Yamaha fjr-1300e, which at that time, had an automatic clutch and toggle switches for the gear changes...perfect for a LBK amputee.

    I too got the call from BRP and other than my displeasure with the long wait for some of my accessories (for which the caller had no response because I believe he was from an independent polling company) I reported that I was very happy with the f-3 and my local dealer, Barney's of Brandon...

    Got my f-3 end of January...loving it...still waiting on some accessories: exhaust, passenger floor boards, saddlebags...just got passenger backrest and the wife loves it and the stock seat better than the STS we had...also have windshield from day one...going in next week for first...
