• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Temp Reading Sorry to hear things are heating up. I had the same issue, replace thermostat and no problem since. Before the fix, my fan was certainly getting a workout. Hopefully you are not blocking the engine exhaust on the right side.

    Spyder shuts off without a reason

    Shutting Down Had this problem too. I went back and forth with BRP until one of the techs told me that they coat the tank with some protective antirust liquid, when the liquid hits the injectors it makes the bike shutdown. Starts right back up with no problem. Run 3-4 tank fulls of good...

    Problem free how long?

    Trouble Free Recent issues with DPS, replaced sensor and magnet (recommended by BRP), $3K on it, only problem so far. 2012 Limited Bronze:sour: Relatively happy with the machine. Will likely get a second bike for me and give the spyder to my better half.

    droptail trailer

    DropTail Trailer Bought one last year to haul the spyder to Cuba for the fest. Pulled it with a Lincoln Navigator with absolutely no problem. Fantastic engineering and it looks good. Tracks and loads well, I also have a skid plate on mine. Hydraulic pump is really good and easy to operate...

    RECALL 2012-4 Spyder RT

    I'll wait too I'm close to 600 miles and was thinking of taking my RT for service before I head out to Cuba, but I'm also afraid they will mess it up. Maybe I'll get it done in Cowtown. Take it back and make them fix it......:banghead:

    Trailer Too much!!!!! If your talking about a trailer to pull with your trike, then I recommend the BRP trailer. If you are talking about a trailer to trail your bike, look at Drop trail. It is reliable, and with a few local mods does the trick. Big Bad Bob:yes:
