• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Big Wheels on Spyders

I just saw on Pinterest pins that show Spyders with outrageous front and rear wheels on them. How do they do it and bypass the wheel sensors so it does not throw fault codes, and go into limp home mode? I do not plan on doing anything like this to my F3S, I am happy the way it is. Wanted to...

    2 up shock

I just installed the 2 up shock on my F3S, and I am quite happy. The bike sits a little higher in the back because the shock spring does not sag down as far. The ride is improved over the stock shock. I weigh 165 lbs in my birthday suit, so I don't know about heavier riders.

    F3S Brake Lights

Has anyone been able to put on their F3's high intensity led brake lights and have them flash when the brakes are applied. I had this on my RT and was very happy with the set-up.

How do you change the brake pads on the rear brake

2014 RT SE6 Rear Brake Pad Replacement I just changed rear brake pads on my 2014 RT SE6. I could not get the brake caliper piston to retract. Read on this site to use needle noise pliers to screw the piston back in. I turned (clockwise) and turned nothing happened. I discovered that I had to...

    2014 Spyder 2014 Rear Noise

I have a 2014 RT with 4,000 miles. It has a metal cluncking noise coming from the rear shock area. I have had two different dealers replace the rear shock twice. Still the noise. It has a air bag, I have tried running no air to inflating bag to 70 psi, could the noise be coming from the air bag...

    Reset fault codes

I am ready to sell my Spyder. Every time it throws fault code(s) it is back to dealer to reset them. I should be able to attempt to correct the problem and reset the codes myself. If my repair was not correct, the code(s) should reappear. Then I will take my Spyder to the dealer for repair. If...

    The dreaded Limp Home Mode

I never had the limp home mode problem that other Spyder owners posted about until recently. I had the bike jacked up to line up my belt so it was off the rear sprocket flange as recommended by BRP. To make sure that the belt was properly adjusted I started up the bike with the rear tire off the...

    2008 RS/GS Spyder Output Bearing

I have a whine coming from the front pulley area. I do not have accessory belt tensioner on the bike. I have checked the output shaft bearing by taking the belt off the front pulley and spinning the pulley. There is no play in or out and no play up and down, and no roughness in the bearing felt...
