• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Exhaust gasket??

I have a 2015 RTS, SE6. In past I have read here about a exhaust gasket that is good for about 8k. I have 7500 mi. on mine now. I think that I'm starting to hear a slight "rumble" and couple of times a pop when I close the throttle. This has started in the last week or so. I'm leaving in...

    Vibration on 2014 RT

Vibration My 2015 has the vibration between 3500 and 4100. Tried the Smoothspyder with no help. Removed the Smoothsypder and drop the the tension to the new spec. still little help if any. Seems to me with the new spec. the Smoothsyper would only raise the tension back up. Had the front...

    Windshield, need input

Got 2015 RTS, 5'10'. 30" inseam. Went with the Unlimate seat. OEM seemed to have a ridge in the middle, making the butt kinda washey, no support in the cheeks. Ultimate sovled the problem. Now I get numb legs after about after a hour. It seems a bit to wide on the nose. The OEM has quite a...

    New fakle, just a thought

Has anyone thought of adding a blind side monitors on the rear? With full face helmet and old neck not being able to turn as for as it use to do for a head check, i'm just wondering. Been looking at auto aftermarket bsm's. Some are around a hundred bucks. I''m thinking of only using the...

    RT Reverse Curve Windshiels???

Reverse curve windshield My vote is for the national cycle v-stream. Well, they don't have one for us. Have tried many other brands on different bikes over the years. Had v-stream on GL1800, two FJR's. Loved them, are you listening national cycle?

    Need RT Passenger Arm Rest's

Passenger aem rest Be careful with any that mount to the side of seat. The ones I've seen have a metal/rubber insert that is only in the plastic. Easy to pull out with little downward pressure. Plus if you s/o is somewhat a "widebody", it cuts down on room and will rub or bruise thighs. I...

    Wind Buffeting

windshield buffeting Just waiting for National Cycle to make a V-Stream for the Spyder. Had one on a Wing and two different FJR's. Love them. Even tried a F4. on one FJR, more money shot up a wild hog's rear end. Called National Cycle, no plans to make one for the FJR, bought the first one...

    lift rear end

Anybody lifting the rear end by the brp hitch? 2015 SE6. Seems that it would be simpler to put a sizzor jack under the hitch. Maybe a 2X4 across the hitch behind the tire then the jack under that. It would make it easy to clean the the rim. Maybe even easier to check the air pressure. Now...

    Trailers & warranty

trailers and waranty Just a thought, maybe, maybe not. Don't the BRP trailers have LED lights, non BRP have regularly bulbs? Extra load may be to much for a weak isolator. Was going to take a long day trip. Wifey wanted to go for a few more days, three days before leaving. Found a stealer a...

    Trailer help (info)

Fairly new to the forum, and spyder. I have a 2015 RTS. I've found myself in need of a trailer sooner than I expected. Seeing that BRP says the trailers are unavailable at this time. At lease the web site said so. Really didn't want to have pay that much anyway. Question! If I buy a...

Calling all 2014-2015 RT owners with "Belt Vibration"

Vibration, me two. The dealer & I have chased this rabbit from day one. Just like the rabbit, probably never catch it. Installed the smooth spyder, didn't help. Mine is in the range of 3800 to 4100 rpm. When I get above 4100, your close 85 mph. I started my testing at 4k and third I could...
