• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have seen a foot peg for the RT LTD that doesn't require drilling a hole thru the body. Can't find it now. Anyone have the info? Thanks

    Long distance riding

Warm and cold Be prepared for ALL types of weather including wind. We hotel it and wash them EVERY night so we take a small bottle of Dawn and rags; but most hotels will give you rags. Always ask if you can park near your room window so you can keep an eye on your bike and ask if you can...

    Help with new RT

Time After not riding for 40 years, bought a 2012 Sportster. Scared to death but ended up riding over 30K the first year. I still hold the grips too tight but I can assure you, it will NOT tip and I have done over 80K on 3 Spyders now. Done cross country twice. Love my spyder and would...

    Got my new SPYDER today!

New Spyder!!! Congrats! You will love it! I have a '10 RT LTD and hubby has a '12. We did over 13,000 miles last summer and plan on doing the same in 2014. Nothing like it. I do recommend handle bar risers and better floor boards for long rides. Have fun and stay safe.

    Spyderfest 2014

Spyderfest '14 We would love to particpate in one of these big Spyder events; but having it in potential snow country that time of year leaves us out. We had enough weather problems this year riding from Portland, OR to Pittsburgh, PA. Can't someone have one in warm country?
