• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Thoughts on upgrading from 2021 Rally to 2023 Rally - worth it?

I heard you can't fit the OEM cruise control to the 21 or earlier b/c the ECU is different. And I don't know if I'd trust the aftermarket options

Thoughts on upgrading from 2021 Rally to 2023 Rally - worth it?

I do like the looks of the Canyon (so far nobody else I've talked to does!) so I'm thinking about that... but I'm a sucker for green, so of course I'd want the Redrock, and my wallet definitely isn't ready for that! :)

Thoughts on upgrading from 2021 Rally to 2023 Rally - worth it?

One of the dealers near me is offering big discounts on "new" 2023 Ryker Rallys that haven't sold. I've got a 2021 Rally and love it, but they have added new features to the Rally since 2021 that I wish mine had - doing the math based on MSRP prices for accessories from the Can-AM website...

New Adventure Windshield - how does it mount?

I just bought the Adventure Windshield today & installed it in about 5 minutes - the kit only has 3 parts - the windshield, the black plastic deflector that goes between the windscreen and the instrument cluster, and a bag of 4 bolts. You just line up the holes in the windshield mount and the...

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

Deputy - Thanks for the link to that video - very helpful! Not sure why BRP added that cutout & second deflector to the Adventure windscreen but I still think I'd get the Adventure over the Sport

    murdered out.

Michael - I look your look! I was almost going to go with a 900 over the Rally edition just b/c I liked the all black look better, but I like your solution better - get the Rally and then black it out. Do you still have the standard silver accent Rally rims too or did you black those out too...

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

Deputy - how high does the Adventure windshield sit - are you looking through it or over it? Any chance you can post a head-on pic so we can see what it looks like? I know the F4 windscreen is pretty tall and I'd be looking through it if I went that route. And as a point of comparison, I'm 6 ft...

Normal Ryker vs. Rally - what did you choose and why?

Thanks for all the input - pretty settled on going with the Rally - I'd rather have the upgrades & not need them then not have them & have to add them later - now I just want to get my Ryker so I can start riding!!

Normal Ryker vs. Rally - what did you choose and why?

I had my mind set that I was going to go with a Rally Edition, primarily for the following reasons: 1) I want to ride with a passenger someday, so I wanted the easily adjustable rear suspension & the Max Mount 2) I like the idea of finding some gravel or dirt roads and cutting loose in Rally...

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

RykerRick - I definitely plan on getting a windscreen before too long. I’m not a big fan of the two BRP ones so I’m debating between one of the Madstadt removable ones or the F4 windscreen. And I’ve experienced love bug season in a car - yeah it’s nuts...never seen so many dead bugs on my car!

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

Boilermaker - same here! I'm hoping I can some local Ryker riders (Ryders?) that have any of the aftermarket windscreens so I can see them in person before I order one. I do like the adjustability and claimed easy removal of the Madstadts, but I also like the simplicity of the F4 - only 4 bolts...

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

I hear you Huggy - I don't have any plans to be getting on the highway anytime soon, so I won't "need" a windscreen...but I will want to work up to long rides someday & I'm sure I will have to get on the freeways for work now & then

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

Part of what I liked about the F4 windscreen is that it looks like it would be easy to take on & take off - just 4 bolts

Buying a new Ryker Rally - any MUST HAVE accessories to get right from the start?

Huggy - were you saying you don't like the look of the F4 windscreen? Did you go w/ one of the BRP ones or an easily (?) removable one like the MadStad ones that SlingMods sells? I really don't like the smaller BRP one (the "Sport") but the bigger Adventure windscreen isn't horrible I guess
