• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Front fender contacting A Arm cover

Jim- "sorry Bill, bike will be in the shop for 10 weeks. We are waiting on one screw coming directly from brp"..... Hahaha

Dropped the bike off today for couple bulletins and to look at the fender.

Dealer said HMMM never seen that before.:dontknow:

Called the dealer today and being told new fender bracket coming with a new a arm cover and possibly the new 14 side panels to tone down the Barbeque cooker.

So it was a bent bracket?

BRP has never offered me to replace my panels or handle any of my heat issues, that is why I'll never buy another CanAm product. Shouldn't be up to me to call and take care of their problem.

Either was bent or not made right didn't tell me .

as far as the panel they didn't just offer I made a email complaint and told my dealer how hit it was getting , and that I was not happy with burns on my left leg from the panel and that was with pipes wrapped I took the wrap off to take it to the dealer just for the fact the dealer said maybe the wrap was holding the heat there, well with it unwrapped I couldn't get my leg anywhere near the bike .

The heat reading with a infrared temp reader with the pipes wrapped was 151 degrees on the bolt that holds the panel on at my leg with the pipes unwrapped it was 191 degrees . Don't know about yours but that's just rediculous to try and ride .
