New RT owner in North Alabama

Just wanted to say hi to the forum. I have been lurking on here for a year or so. I currently ride a Ducati Diavel and my wife couldn't go anywhere with me. I decided to go test ride a few bikes. The only close runner up was a K1600GTL BMW. After the test rideI instantly knew that the Spyder was what I wanted.

Welcome, learn the ride and enjoy. If your spyder is a '13 the dealer should preformed the recall on the ball joint replacement. It affects the handling so it is important. Keep us posted on that. You guys will truely love the Spyder and I am sure you'll have a great time riding.

Welcome to the wonderful and whacky world of spyderlovers. My wife, Cindy, and I will be going to spyderfest and plan on spending the 2nd night in Huntsville. I thought perhaps taking I think it's U.S. 72? west over Memphis way would be an interesting ride. Am I wrong?

Bottom line is that you'll have a ball on your spyder.
