I'm staying at the Delta-Sherbrooke also; but, we can go to Magog without joining a train; can't we?

Absolutely. Well, by the sounds of things, there will be a good few Spyders at the Delta-Sherbrooke... have our own train from the hotel maybe .

Packed and ready to head to Magog. Leaving this evening to catch a ferry... Installed this little Newfoundland Flag sticker to help me pick out my Spyder among the rest of them at the event, haha.

:gaah: sigh....Im thinking about going/would LOVE to go. Its about 6 plus hrs for us and we need to be back home sat nite , will be a long long day if we do decide to go. I m still sitting on the fence and am undecied...dont get me wrong, i would rather be there, just prior commitments.....i will try and weesle my way out so there is no big rush to get home sat nite.

I am at the ferry now waiting for the already delayed ferry to board. Looks like this will set me back at least 6 hours tomorrow so will likely have to arrange alternate sleeping location tomorrow night. I was hoping to get to Fredericton, nb but may have to settle for a hotel or small b and b in ns for tomorrow night .

Doc how did u make - ready to go for Wednesday departure?

The event is at 1200 rue Principale Ouest.

Punch in "1200 Principale" and it should come up. Once you get near it'll be Spyder city.

Made it through ns and into nb yesterday after a long day ryding from delayed ferry into north sydney.

I am leaving fredricton this morning heading for sherbrooke. Rain here so far with forecast to clear this afternoon.

Rain held off and cleared! Rode through Maine today, just beautiful once I got through bangor and on the nice backroads. Headed north to the border then straight to sherbrooke after a stop near a cool covered bridge.

Made it! Just checked into the delta sherbrooke. They apparently have a caged area in their covered parking area dedicated to spyders.

I know, lamont, Ron, harvey and another dude made it the great white north, have a good time, sitting here at work (insert wheelchair joke here) got to work thru monday morning. Show them some american improvements to their system and if that chick that was at the owners meet in chicago who was mad when I asked her what part of france she was from is there, ask her again for me.
