• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tonight I will be picking up my black front fenders (decided that it would look better black instead of blue). I already have the bags done in black and the last two blue parts will be in tomorrow.

I also added my own mudflap lights and have redone the wiring (easily) to make the lights work with my signals and as running lights. I also made my fender tips work with the signals (simple mod).

Looking forward to sharing pictures. Some of you will get to see it in person on Saturday at the WCS NorCal meet.

Fantastic work, yes. Got the bags and fenders painted for $600 cash. Bags were done in 3 1/2 days and the fenders were done in 2 1/2. They are a family owned business who has been in the community for over 25 years. They are open 6 days a week and they have no problem staying after hours for drop-off / pick-up. :thumbup:
 
It's always exciting seeing mods and transformations come together! I'm looking forward to see the pictures of your spyder when it is complete. I'm in the process of adding some new stuff on my spyder as well.
 
No pictures yet as it was too late to get any last night... but I got the left front fender on and the lights hooked up that make the front tip and the rear facing "mudflap" light signals and running lights. :2thumbs:

Pictures coming VERY soon....... PROMISE.


Oh, and the body shop where I got some of the work done at wants to photograph it once it's all back together. :D

Well the dealer ordered the wrong color on the rear fender so the Spyder isn't QUITE done yet..... I will get some pics up on here of what it looks like now... it's mostly done.... soon.............
