There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Went to change oil today and when I went to remove the engine oil drain plug---- the head snapped right off! :yikes:
Good news it it's not leaking... so I should still be able to make the trip.
Going to ask Cowtown if they're any good with easy-outs.
It's always something!

Had same thing happen my dealer had one on hand reverse drill bit took it out easily:thumbup:

Not sure if I would be riding it any distances. If it is like I think it is and the head is gone the remaining part of the bolt could vibrate out going down the road. Unless it is pipe thread the shank is probably straight and relies on the bottom edge of the bolt head for friction to keep it tight.

Mo's right on this one, but if you clean the area of any oil and the put some type of rtv gasket maker around the edges it should prevent, any possibilitys of it being able to back out from heat and vibrations, still keep an eye on it, and you should be good to go! Got the boys standing by to take care of it when you roll into Cowtown! again safe travels to all and God's speed and safty to everyone!!!!

O and we do have several spots set up for raci/.,#/$?# ..... I mean road testing, you know research and stuff lol...... Hear we race anything....even turtles,....but got shut down on that, seems some peope have problem with giving them speed....not sure why but it works really good, now its just down to gas and cats!!!:roflblack:

This makes me smile. I have been looking for an opportunity to open up the spyder. Oh I am, got lots of stuff fixed or modifed since I left FL, should be good time if they can shut some roads down.

Remind's me,, I ran across Chuck and Kay yesturday at the Gas station, (Local's) and they plan on attending as well... They are going to ride up with us on Saturday.. We exchanged telephone numbers incase our time line gets changed, there not active on the whole internet thing much but again, they do plan on attending... I'm sure we will reach the 100 mark!!!
