• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Lamont,

You are absolutely correct. Last week I dropped my RTS at the dealer's shop and was returning home in my wife's car. While cruising at about 70 on a straight, 4 lane divided highway at 3 in the afternoon, we were rear ended by a drunk fool estimated by the police to be driving at 92. Fortunately, I had just checked my rear view mirror and had a chance to get my foot into it and minimized the impact. We were not hurt but I couldn't help but think if we had been on the RTS. He did not stop and wound up 10 miles later running off the road, flipping his truck putting him in the hospital and earning him his 3rd DUI.

No shortage of them out there. Dime a dozen around where I live. See at least a few every morning on my way to work (running lights, slow poke on the left lane, talkin on cell). The one in the vid is prabably talking on his cell and didn't look ahead.

Quote of the day . . . .

. . . . " I'm OK. Man, I didn't even see it!"

In watching the clip, the one good thing - - - there was a rockslide. He probably would have done a head-on crash with the car that was on the other side of the rocks. It was their lucky day.

I feel sorry for the dog. Can you imagine how embarrassed it was?

Poor doggie... his owner is an idiot...

Yet another shining example of how some states continue to grant driving privileges to organisms with a single brain cell.

His dog should have been driving and then this wouldn't have happened.

Why were there no warning devices? There was enough time for a cop and a news crew to get there but not enough time to set up a triangle or a flare?
