• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I don't know about the newest Version but am willing to try it out if I can find a dealer.

They do have a tire for the lighter Spyders and not sure if anyone out there is running with that version.

And they modeled this tire after the KENDA, better known as the " crapenda " by many here........IMHO the absolutely lowest grade of passenger car tire that will fit on your Spyder is probably twice as good as either one of those .......Mike

Don't know..!!

hope you can get one and give us a review. I know spyderann was running one for some time but do not know of anyone on this newer version. I, for one, have had good luck with kenda but would be interested in a choice of motorcycle tires for spyders....good luck will be watching...:popcorn:

I have read your post on this topic on many occasions. :roflblack: At this time they are making two versions of the rear tire for the spyders with different load ratings. Still trying tp locate a dealer as I type..

My current Kenda is on its last leg and do have a Kumho as a spare for now. But did want to try the Vee Tire as another option.

spydercomfort.com has them. Spyderann ran one and said the outside wore more than the middle needs more air than the Kenda but lasted the same miles.

Time will tell... :dontknow:
It'll take some time for the market to start to generate some useful evaluations of them.

Update

Ok after several emails and online chats I finally got two vendors.
One is Vee Rubber direct for around 155 shipped and the other place is 124.95 plus shipping

Which place is the "Other Place"?
Do you have any contact information for them? :D
Thanks for the legwork! :firstplace:
