    Default Body Panel Removal

Anybody know of any good instructions/illustrations on how to remove body panels? In particular, the left/right bottom panels that get scuffed up by our shoes.

Good question! I'd also like to know how to get to the spark plugs!

I just assumed those lower panels were part of the frame and probably not removal.

There are a bunch of Can Am Spyder body panel removal videos on You Tube. The best one in my opinion is a video done by an Australian gentleman but I don't recall precisely where I found it. I think it was in the Spyder Lovers DIY/Video How To section.

Also look in your owners manual. It will tell you the name of the panel and the order in which to remove them and if ant thing else has to be removed first. Useful things those owners manuals.

Maybe in YOUR SPYDER manual.....It is apparent that you've never looked in the bundle of worthless paper that comes with a Ryker disguised as an Owner's Manual.....

The parts breakdown shows all the panels and the fasteners, just not in which order. The parts diagram can be found here:

The Ryker Series Repair and Maintenance Manual may help you. You can buy the manual as a PDF here: https://brpmanuals.com/canam-spyder-manual.htm

I know this is SPYDERLOVERS.com, but I am amazed at how many people come into the Ryker sections and offer their sage advice based on the Spyder model they happen to own.

I'm sure they are only trying to be helpful. I just thank them and disregard if it doesn't apply.
