New SENA 50S announced
New MESH 2.0 and a few other features. Does not say if they brought back audio multitasking that the 30 dropped from the 20 series.

Wish they would add the camera into the advanced units. It would be nice to lose the GoPro

I have an early series Sena, I believe series 10.
Do these new series allow 2 helmets to listen to one source of music, like a phone?
Currently ours only allows one user per device (phone), but with each using their own phone for music there is too much Bluetooth interference to listen.

YES but you have to pair both head sets to the same music source.

Have you looked at the sena 10c EVO 4k video and connect with up to 4 others?

Mine SMH10's do. While in intercom mode I can push and hold the jog dial (big button on side) for one second, hear a double beep and my wife hears the same music I do. Either one of us can stop it by holding the dial for one second and it goes back to intercom mode. Called music sharing and it's in the manual.
You can start sharing music with an intercom friend using Bluetooth
stereo music during a two-way intercom conversation. When you
terminate music sharing, you can go back to the intercom conversation.
To start or terminate sharing music, press and hold the Jog Dial for
1 second during an intercom conversation until you hear a double
beep and you and your intercom friend will listen to or terminate
sharing music. To track forward or track back, rotate while pressing
down the Jog Dial clockwise or counter clockwise.
Note:
1. Both you and your intercom friend can remotely control music playback
during music sharing such as track forward and track back.
2. When you have an incoming call, make a phone call, or hear the turnby-turn voice instruction of GPS during music sharing, the function will
be paused.
3. In order to share music, make sure that you update both headsets with
the firmware that has the music sharing feature, and enable the EDR
setting in the Sena Device Manager.

Sounds complicated, but will have to look into it.
This is pairing with a phone for music right?
Tried years ago but would never work pairing two things to one phone.
Perhaps new firmware changed this?

Mine do as well. There was an update a few years ago that allowed this feature.

I have a sena 20 and can hardly figure out how to use it. Kinda like the Navi system in my Acura, just too many phrases to learn just to get something to work. Of course aging doesn't help me.

They do seem overly complicated.

New models = more features = more manual pages = steeper learning curve. I think I have my simpler 10S figured out, but not a PIA RC4 remote I bought. Just don't use it enough to learn
