I don't know that, but almost all modern engines have over-rev protection. I doubt if it would rev past the max RPM settings unless the OEM settings have been changed.
The Dyno-jet kit for the 900 says the rev limiter can be set for 8750 and that is 250 higher than stock. That means the stock rev-limiter must be set at 8500. Read the info on the Can-Am Ryker 900 PowerKit 3 Dynojet PV3. It gives some info on the rev-limiter.
Still, you don't want to be bouncing off the rev-limiter and 500 RPM goes by real fast when you got the throttle wide open. 7750 sounds like a reasonable max RPM for that engine. Only way to get a better answer would be to call Can Am or one of the aftermarket performance vendors for that machine.
