what do you mean by the splash screen

When you first turn the unit on, does it say BRP or Can Am or does it just have the default Garmin Logo, this is before the Where To comes up. And did you attach anything to your previous post? I dont see anything except where to put it.

When its first turned on it has the Can-am splash

Can you copy that and post it as well. Unfortunatly I do not know where it is saved by default.

no the splash screen was on the original Zumo 660 purchased from dealership. Garmin techs agreed that Zumo was toast but could not find a way to replace it with one pre-loaded with the splash screen. Time was an issue, we could not wait; Garmin paid for over-night shipment of a new Zumo 660.
