There is a Koa campground and a good sam campground close by. I sent a message to my friend that I will be with to see which one we are staying at. Just do a search for campgrounds near the fairgrounds in Springfield Mo. The fairgrounds are full.

duke,
You have to call to make a reservation. She won't do it by email. $28 per night, payable in advance, non refundable. I reserved for Wed thru Sat but said I may make it on Tuesday. She said no problem, they have lots of spaces available. All sites have power and water. My 8' tent on a trailer cost the same as a 50' RV!
