    Question Oldest Spyder Rider

    OK, who is the oldest (in years...not attitude) Spyder drive out there? I'm only 62 (in years....21 on the bug!)

    I know of at least two that have me beat by twenty years or so. So...it's not me, even though I recently advanced one more year.

    Currently Owned: 2019 F3 Limited, 2020 F3 Limited: SOLD BOTH LIMITEDS in October of 2023.

    Previously : 2008 GS-SM5 (silver), 2009 RS-SE5 (red), 2010 RT-S Premier Editon #474 (black) 2011 RT A&C SE5 (magnesium) 2014 RTS-SE6 (yellow)

    MY FINAL TALLY: 7 Spyders, 15 years, 205,500 miles

    What is a young 30 year old like you doing in an old peoples contest?

    Here in NZ we have a guy who is 82 and has done over 100,000kms on his RT. He has had it since 2010
    and regularly travels to the South Island to visit family. A round trip of about 2500 kms.

    According to my birth certificate, I'm 65. Inside my head, I'm 35 and I have a lot of fun in there.

    I'm not quite "older than dirt"...

    ...But I DO remember when it had a lot more spring in it's steps!

    I've lived in the 30's; 40's; 50's; 60's; 70's; 80's; 90's; 00's; and 10's. That is nine decades and my daughter had a tough time believing that last week.

    I can believe that. Spent time in Christchurch, Sydney and Perth. Gotta love the Down Under and the people. Some of the best in the world!

    Age is only a number that was created te raise havoc with the brain,

    Judging by this site it doesn't mean too much. alot of young at heart.
