When you come upon a parallel parking area do you
    A- parallel park
B- back in perpendicular to the curb

Either way. We do both. If other bikes are there we usually back in beside them.

    Default Depends..!

how tight the space is...also where. Back in when small towns light traffic areas. In the downtown high traffic parallel...

    Default parallel park

I found out that backing in leaves extra space for another bike or spyder when traveling in a group. Alone I always park the spyder parallel taking up most of the marked space. Otherwise someone tries to squeeze into the remaining space finds that they cannot do it and then damages the spyder when trying. Left fenders and wheels are expensive. Of course they never stop to leave a name or if caught think that they did any damage. Over $1000 in damage the last time.

That's the way its done in NY! If you did not hit the car behind or infront of you, then you are not close enough.

Might be a good idea to check with local LEO.

Default 45degrees plus or minus a few

I usually park 45 degrees to the curb, Easy in and out and room for a couple of two wheelers or another spyder.

    Default Follow the leader

Depends how others are situated before me. I prefer to park parallel to the curb.
