Default 2015 RT-S in my future

We had another nice ride today on our 13 ST Limited.
So I will start out by saying my wife has been pretty tough on me lately. When I was ready to buy something she would just say ok. I have recently been talking about a new truck and at the very mention of she comes right out with a big NO!
So today after our 180 mile ride I start talking about all the positive feedback here on SPyderlovers about the new 14 RT's. So I said to Sharon how about we ride the ST for the rest of the year and then trade up for an RTS? All I get is an "is it sporty enough for you" and I say ya I can live with it. I also tell her she would get heated rear grips and adjustable rear suspension and she started to look exited!! I see a 2015 RTS moving into my house next spring. I sure hope BRP offer the Cognac in 15.

Based on BRP's history I think that would be a safe bet that that color will be available, but there maybe a new color that you like better. Whatever color you end up with

    Default 2015 RT

I may have to revert to similar tactics, it's my 60th birthday in 2015 a I'm hoping to celebrate it with a yellow RT-S which we will then use to tour New Zealand's south island.

My wife and I are also going to buy the 2015 RT-S. Only difference is we are keeping our 2013 RS-S so we can ride together, but on separate Spyders.

Default SO what does the RTS not have

BRP"S website is horrible keeps locking up for me. So other than no chrome and it looks like the GPS is not standard on the RTS. What else does the RT Limited come with to warrant all the extra money over an S model?

Default Rode a 14 RT Limited today

Ok so I did a demo ride today on a 14 RT-L. There are alot of things to like about it.
    Likes
    1. Comfortable
    2. backrest, this one had it already installed and I liked it.
    3. Handling!!! I must say it handled and cornered great out of the box I was quite impressed.
    4. ride was super smooth compared to my ST-L. The air ride was set right in the middle and I had no need to adjust it.
    5. The power band and low end torque and excelleration was quite good.
    6. My passenger (wife) was happy on the back.
    7. Transmission shifted real nice and on some real low turns (intersections) there was no need to shift down to 1st gear

    Dislikes
    1. I think the 1330 sounds terrible and weak. It is not weak but it sounds that way. I thought it sounded weak my wife said it sounded wimpy.
    2. I am omly 44 years old and feel like I need to be abut 15 years older to ride it. (but I can get over that).

It is good spring 2015 is 9 months or so away, I will need that much time to make my up my mind.

My RT-S has the chrome! The base model doesn't.

(The Limiteds get a bit more chrome than the RT-S; wheels, floorboards, side panels, mirror tops... )
