key stuck in ignition Help
I was out riding several errands came back home went put to spyder rt and key will not turn in the ignition switch will not turn left or right or push down and key is stuck Help

gotta ask..is it the spyder key..?? Roger is right, tapping it and lubing it should help. There is an issue with the ignition switches on the 14's some need replacing. Hope the jiggle and oiling helps...

it didn't work!
Yep, it is a sypder key. I tried both, jiggling and sprayed wd 40...nothing working. cannot turn, on, cannot move it..cannot pass go
Thanks for your help....looks like maybe roadside assistance and a call to the dealer tommorrow.
Wierd...it was working fine, went for a ride 10 minutes later.....problem.

BRP would not ship my RT from the factory until they checked and/or replaced (if needed) the ignition keys because there were several reports of the keys sticking. I don't think there was a recall, per se, but an "update" notice sent to all dealers about the key problem.
Hope you don't have to wait long to get it fixed and back on the road.

key is out
Thanks to my Son he got the key out after playing with it for 10 minutes of the ignition and I sprayed or flooded it with Houdini 4 way lock lubricant. Now it goes in and out like a hot knife in butter.

KEY
Mine did that today at Walmart, had a screw driver in rear truck took handle and warped hell out of it on top of key.Stared working right.
