If its not the snow it's the rain or its cold , tired of east coast NY & NJ
Then comes couple short months of summer .
Seriously thinking bout relocating ,
question where can I go where one can ride all year round,
Where riding season and the weather is mellow.
I like the changing of the season but no more snow for me lol. Don't mind to live in 70 degree at minimum .

We kind of got Prescott in our minds, after talking with a good friend who moved to Scottsdale...
They don't get those 115 degree PLUS days up there!

tried AZ, tried FL... TOO HOT...
settled in SoCar... 12 months riding, gr8 back roads, mountains, coast-line, flat lands, 300+ days of sunshine... the Tri-State region, which consist of: western North Carolina, eastern Tennessee & the upstate of South Carolina has some of the best all-around everything you can ask for. we have a 'change of season'... very moderate weather, free of hurricanes, earth-quakes, tornadoes, etc... oh ya, we get the tiny earth-quakes n tornadoes, but nothing 2 write home about.... and by the time a 'named' hurricane gets to us, it's just a little wind n rain...
your call pal.... make the best of it....

Dan,
They're at 5400 feet of elevation...
It's not at all like Phoenix, Mesa, Scottsdale, or Tuscon.
They'll get to about 100 on the worst days; my friend assures me that's about where it stops...
I hope!

Prescott is about 5500' elevation and a very different climate than Scottsdale. My son went to university there. We have a way to go before retirement but Prescott is one of the top candidates for us too. Great motorcycle roads.
Edit... sorry saw Bob beat me to that above

Hopefully, we'll meet up there!

There's no "Perfect Place"
Prescott is beautiful and while it can get very cool in the winter, it's great in the summer. The problem with Prescott is that if you go north toward Flagstaff, it gets cold in the winter. Flagstaff regularly has snow and cold during the winter. If you go south toward Phoenix it gets hot in the summer. There are few rides where you stay at Prescott's elevation. If it works for you, you may consider doing what we have done which is a winter home in Tucson, AZ and a summer home on Lake Superior in northern Wisconsin. Great riding all year around. We haul the Spyder in an enclosed trailer so it's always available. Good luck!

It's nice to live where we can do all what we want. BUT no where to hide.. If we believe in good life in the future we must act now. Global warming is coming and if we do even the minute way it will help. We must educate our self and act.
We can always move somewhere but that's just temporary. We must think the future of our grand children. Good luck to all and God Bless.

In Las Vegas we have 4 months of really hot weather and 8 months of awesome riding weather. You can ride in hot weather a lot easier than you can ride in snow! Now I've got to go. We are riding to Laughlin, NV to meet up with riders from Los Angeles. I'm interested to see what's shaking with them!

I'm a in state snow bird I have a home in phoenix during the fall and winter months and a home in northern Arizona mountains for the summer months just 140 miles away from phoenix. On average my temps between the two locations when I am there are 80 degrees and sunshine. I will never leave Arizona - been here thirty years. I'm a native of NY and NH have also live in VA and 10 years in southern California. Like I said I will die here in this beautiful state called Arizona.
