    Default new 3 wheel machine?

A fellow spyder rider was telling me that either Yamaha, Honda or Suzuki was coming out with a new 3 wheeled machine (2 in front, one in rear) this year that is supposed to look very similar to our spyders, but may not have an operating "frunk". I have been unable to find a picture of it though. Does anyone know about this? Details, please!

    Default Don't know..!!

do know It's Yamaha but have not seen it either. Toyota has one and they seem to be cropping up all over the place. The thing is they are all trying to go beyond and I don't see much success..jmo...

I tried searching the Yamaha sites and came up empty on a new three wheeler. They have it well hidden I guess.

    Rumors...
Some folks like to make up; just to "stir the pot".

Cute... but it's still being described as a concept vehicle...
It doesn't count, until you can buy one!

Looks like a Yamaha emblem on the side. Very Piaggio like. It seems with the 125cc motor that it is built for city commuting. The Piaggio did not last here in AK and it had a 400cc motor I believe.

Yup, the Tri-City is a concept, and it's intended for overseas only, i.e. no plans for the U.S. market yet. Shame because Yamaha has a better/bigger dealer market than Piaggio, it'd be nice to have the competition.

I'm all for more reverse trikes if only to popularize the concept, but a 125cc scooter is a toy in all but the densest cities. Make it a 250cc and I'll pay more attention/open my wallet.

There was a post on the venturerider forum about a company that makes a spyder style trike out of a Goldwing. I think the name of the company was vertika. The photo was interesting.
