Bob- if you have a scroll mouse, it's simple. Hold down a Ctrl key, then use the scroll wheel to increase or decrease the 'zoom'. It happens to me all the time.

Got this from MicroTough....
From the keyboard you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press CTRL+PLUS SIGN (+). To zoom out, press CTRL+MINUS SIGN (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press CTRL+0.
Try that....

This works for me. Did not know I could do that.

Bottom right of internet explorer has zoom setting on some versions.

I would have said....
Go to the Control Panel....then to Appearance and Personalization....then Display....and change the size.

That too, but knowing Bob, my guess was that it was likely he's using Netscape or Cello or Opera, or something like that .
