Default Need to get Elka Shock repaired

Just got the news from my mechanic that one of my Elka shocks needs repaired. I see there are two service centers here in US, Catalyst Reaction in Tustin, California and Impact Solutions in Parkerburg WV. Has anyone every used either one or make a recommendation on which one they could recommend. Seems crazy that one would go out after only 14 months of riding, but bike is diving to the left on stops and you can hear the shock making noise when you rock the Spyder.

Totally agree. I did send the 3 Elka's at Impact Solutions in Parkerburg WV for rebuild, oil change, refurbishing and tuning/revalving. It was 2011 and the Spyder had 140,000 miles. Not happy with the work, Spyder behaving different in left-right high speed turns. In 2013 (and 200,210 miles) I send them to Canada (Trooper). 3 weeks later: they are now better than new!
