    Default Question regarding Ipod connection

Could you please tell me if you need to unplug your IPod every time you are done riding? Thanks, Jill

I never do. If it draws a little juice to keep the battery charged, it has to be a very small amount. Unless you don't drive it for weeks at a time I'd not worry about it.

Default Always leave IPod plugged in.

We always leave our IPod plugged in our 2012 Spyder RT Limited. I also use a trickle charger to keep my battery charged and ready to go. I just have a battery tender trickle charger with a car charger adapter to plug into my RT "hot" 12 volt outlet in the rear storage area -- works great -- no worries about any battery drain.

If you're riding your bike every couple of days; it's no problem to leave it plugged in.
(Mine has been in place since I got the little "Saltine cracker" for Christmas, 2011...
