Lets go racing boys !!!!!! Race tonight at 8pm on fox to get you primed for the 500 . What Nascar thread would be complete without Danica .......
My 2013 Danica prediction....... 1 top 5, 3 top 10's, no wins, 6 wrecks, only complete 90% of race laps and at least 10 minutes of TV time per race watching her run in 30th position. Bold predictions I know, but my predictions about her are usually right. Most importantly, her new boytoy relationship will fail before the season is out.
I'm not sure how you predict these things, but I have to say your doing well so far !!!!!
4 races
only 89.4% laps completed
1 top ten
ranked 28th
0 top fives
0 wins
way to much TV time
Of course a wreck already
I'm dreaming about being at the 2013 Daytona Bike Week and cruising around the Daytona track. As for Danica, I am a life long Indy Car fan and she will pull the same thing in Sprint Cup...
Get the best rides with the best teams, run around mid pack all race, complain that no one is plaing fair, and only hope to win through massive attrition.
Indy Car fans have grown very tired of her whinning and Cup fans will soon too.

No doubt; she's got a pretty face that the cameras all love.
But she can drive; the question becomes; Can she learn to RACE at this level?
"One Problem" Montoya has had mixed results...
Tony Stewart on the other hand; could go fast in a wheelbarrow... he did some Indy Car seat-times
Has anybody else moved over from that venue to NASCAR?

Indy and Formula One stars Dario Franchitti, Jacques Villeneuve and Patrick Carpentier didn’t have much success at all. Even Formula One’s Kimi Raikkonen tried it last year, but postponed his NASCAR experiment after just a few races.
Boris Said tried, now he's back to being a "ringer" on the road tracks. By the way, what ever happened to Robby Gordon?? He was a pretty good driver, especially the road tracks. I'm thinking he may be back to sand racing (Baja) full time.
I did not. He must have the need for speed. I did like the guy but I wasn't a "Said Head". Couldn't be anyway, no hair on the top of the head Paul Tracy was another ringer and also raced in the Busch and Craftsman series. He later called NASCAR "boring" and said he "couldn't watch a race without taking a three hour nap". He was a hot head and stayed in trouble in open wheel racing. He did win the very last Can Am race. A J Almindinger also came from open wheel racing.
