In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice ... in practice, however, that's just a theory.

Three in the garage, and I think I can fit at least one more in.....and then we will have to build another garage.

And then there's all the rest; Sammy Hagar, Yngwie J Malmsteen, Uriah Heep, Jethro tull, Pink Floyd, Johnny Winter, Robin Trower...
Pretty much anything that'll loosen up the wax in your ears after about 4 bars!
It ain't cerebral; it's just rock 'n roll!
I like the way you roll Bob. I have some Hayseed Dixie you need to hear. They do bluegrass covers of AC/DC, motorhead, the darkness, sweaty teddy, greenday , et al. They even do a cover of "Big Bottom" from Spinal Tap.

I can't pick a top ten but here are a few that spring to mind:
Metallica - Fuel
Travis - All I Want to Do is Rock
Ram Jam - Black Betty
Kansas - Carry On Wayward Son
Bon Jovi - Dead or Alive and Blaze of Glory
Dierks Bentley - What Was I Thinking
John Lee Hooker - Boom Boom
Lynyrd Skynyrd - Sweet Home Alabama
Jimi Hendrix - Purple Haze
Ozzy Osbourne - Mama I'm Comin' Home
The Animals - House of the Rising Sun
Hmm, I went over 10 but I keep thinking of more. Can't pick 10!
(Oh, and I'm 29 so some of those choices may seem weird. Love 70s rock) I've got lots of country and hard rock and a few pop songs too but they aren't really tops.

I's okay, I am 33 and I have much the same taste. Jethro Tull was the only band I would listen to for years.

I'm glad to see that others have a wide range of music. Some of my buddies just shake their heads at me when we ride. My playlists go from AC/DC to Lyle Lovett and they just don't understand it.
1. Ridin' - Chamillionaire & Krazie Bone
2. Summertime Girls - Y&T
3. Evil Woman - ELO
4. Back in Black - AC/DC
5. For those about to Rock - AC/DC
6. Closing Time - Lyle Lovett
7. L.A. County - Lyle Lovett
8. Deja Voodoo - KWSB
9. Give Me One Reason - Tracy Chapman
10. Country Girl Shake it for Me - Luke Bryan
11. Knee Deep - Zack Brown Band
It is a special list, it goes to eleven.
Of course my favorite thing is when my daughter adds songs from High School Musical to my playlist. Nothing screams cool like riding along jamming out to some teenie bop song.

Before my last business trip, I asked my kid to update my iPod and ended up with few of Mackelmore's songs. All good. I also learned that my son has the wieredst taste in music; he could have hard core rock, hip hop, house and some weird sounding stuff all in one playlist. Falling asleep on an overnight was not an option while listening to Rolling Stones to Jay Z to Pink Floyd to Alex Fox and then to something called Five Finger Death Punch, which would scare the crap out of the dead. Needless to say, I will be taking care of my own music from now on.
