... Motorcycles are kind of like Baskin Robbins... You're looking at 31 flavors of ice cream, don't you kind of want to know what they all taste like?...
In the early 90's my husband bought me a Kawasaki 750. I hadn't asked for it and really didn't want anything to do with it. I rode it a few times around the neighborhood and eventually I got him to sell it. He tried for 15 years to get me either on my own motorcycle or on the back of his but I wouldn't. Now that I have my Spyder he can't get me off of it!

1981 Yamaha 400 street bike. One day I was at the dealer and I filled out the last entry blank for a 1982 Yamaha XS650SJ Heritage Special. A couple of weeks later I got a phone call.
Yep, I won that bike and still have it. It's dead in the garage. Bad generator.
I sold the 400 the next Spring cause I had the 650 to ride.
You know I'm an old guy so here goes.......WHIZZER Motor Bike that was 1955
The next was a Cushman scooter that was 1957 and the list goes on

My uncle was a Whizzer dealer. Oh how I wanted one. My uncle's partner's son died on one when a motorist ran the red light and killed him on the spot. I wasn't permited to even think two wheels until I left the house on my own. My uncle folded his dealership.
Honda 50cc step through....I was 15 years old and loved that bike. I have 3 younger sisters, and when we were at out cottage up north...i would first take my 2nd sister 3 miles to the putt-putt golf, then come back get the youngest, then the middle...we would play golf and then reverse the process.....
first bike was a 1974 HD Sportster. i was 20 years old. big fun. learned to ride on a 250 suzuki dirtbike in a field about a month earlier. how am i still here ?
My first motorcycle was a brand new red S90 Honda. I used to carry it on the trailer hitch on my brand new '64 Chevelle SS. I Really wish I still had both of them. Those were the days!!
it was kind of a motorbike a 1960 sear and robuck 2 speed and pedals to start the dam thing moped.it did not go very fast, but always got me to where i wanted to go.
We have done this before, but it is a lot of fun. I learned to ride on an old Cushman step-through that the neighbor gave me, but I gave it back when we moved. When I got my scooter license, I first has a Whizzer Sportsman. When I got a driver's license (you didn't need an endorsement in those days) I bought a hot '53 Triumph, but my dad didn't let me keep it. He then hooked me up with a 1964 Honda CA200 Touring 90. This is the one of those I own now.
My 1961 Honda CB92R was my favorite. I bought it from my cousin when I was 18, and started racing it shortly thereafter. I still own that one.
