I agree with Geoff - Never received a welcome pack from BRP UK/Ireland - Registered with the BRP Website - Notified them when
I had done 5,000 miles for my pin - No response - Contacted them via e mail ref The new ST not being show on the UK BRP Website
Still not on there - They haven't bother to respond to my e mail
Also on their website it has a section called Current Promotions - Have yet to see they offer any !
If fact I think they moved their office in the UK to mainland Europe although the UK adddress is still shown with an e mail
contact detail available
There is only 7 Can-Am dealers in the UK - 6 in England, 1 in Scotland and none in Wales - Think of the distance some of us
Owners/Riders have to travel to get work done esp if we need to get the Spyder connected to the BUDS System
No major advertising compaign and at present with only a small number the chances of spotting another Spyder on the Road
is very low
Maybe the New ST will help but only if BRP get behind their products and Promote them (Was going to say more - but it can't be any less than it is now)

Those Frenchies have run out on us, Eddie.
You know how touchy they can be.
Maybe it's something we said, like pronouncing "Bombardier" with an English accent.

Holy moly! Is the mob running your dealership?

Bought my RT in March and got the package in July. Panel was taken care of on the 600 mile service...which I had done at 1200 miles.

We purchased ours 7/11 and just received our pkg Wednesday. No certificates for the new panel though.

Purchased my spyder July 13, 2012 and just received my welcome package friday Sept 28th. But no certificate yet.
-
Got my welcome package yesterday but no panel certificate. Bought her the 2nd week in August.
-
received my welcome package this past week - no certificate, but when I asked my dealer about it, they said no problem, they will put the panel on when I bring it in for service
-
Ok, dumb question. I just bought a 2012, does it have the new panel or do I still need to get one. I don't know how to tell.

I purchased my RT on the 11th of August and received my welcome package September 26th. Have not received any certificate as of yet but feel it will be here before the end of the year. Have 3000 miles on the Spyder and there was no mention of any panel change out at my first and probably last service from the dealer.

Welcome Package
Bought my RT early July.No welcome package or panel.Just the Warranty and extended warranty info. The dealer installed my panel no charge and my 600 mile service was $240.00.
Cannot believe some of the service charges I have seen on this thread.
