Default Front Elka Install Went Smooth

Thanks to all that posted earlier, my Elka install went without a hitch.

I followed the following steps using two 15mm 3/8 sockets on bolt and nut

    1. Removed bottom shock bolts
    2. Jacked up front end to lower swing arms which removed tension on shocks.
    3. Removed right side top bolt ( the easy one)
    4.
Before removing left top bolt I took my drimmel and trimmed 3/8 notch in air duct directy across from bolt
    5. Removed left side top bolt with no issues.
    6. Installed shocks and top bolts (did not tighten)
    7. Lowered front end to get bottom holes lined up
    8. Installed lower bolts. ( did not tighten)
    9. Lowered front end and removed jack
    10. Tightened all bolts.

I lost track of time but it did not take very long (30 -40 Mins) as when I had the front end jackup up I also installed my Spyder Pops BumpSkid.

That sucker just fits and I think if I had to do it over again I would notch it out too.

Wish I would have thought of that... instead my step 4. Using 2 offsett wrenches and a lot of "umph" and "@#$%^&*" , removed the left hand upper bolt.....
