Spyder Fault
Left Cherokee NC through the Great Smoky Mountain National Park to Pigeon Forge TN. ABout 1 mile into the climb spyder goes into limp mode showing a engine and vss light. Engine light was on steady not flashing. Found a driveway with a level area and stopped to check things out. Shut off spyder, Check oil it's ok, scratch head, wait 5 minutes and start spyder. All is ok. Continue to Pigeon Forge with no more problems. Had spyder in trailer mode as we were pulling trailer. So what might it have been that triggered this event????

If you get a VSS fault on a grade, rapid acceleration, or heavy braking, check the brake fluid level, too. If it doesn't happen again, I wouldn't worry about it.
