Yes, we sure did...not only getting up to change the channel, but going outside to repoint the antenna. We received 2 1/2 channels. CBUT out of Vancouver BC, KVOS out of Bellingham Wash., and KCTS (sometimes) out of Tacoma Wash. then we needed another antenna to sometimes get KOMO and KING out of Seattle, Wash. this was back in the ‘50’s.
