I’m with you on that. My RT has not moved today, but was out yesterday A.M. where on the Island? Must be Inland to be 40°. My neice lives on Gabriola and yesterday their temp was in the low 30’s. Haven’t heard today. Oops, I see you’re in Duncan. I should have looked.

I live in gilbert Arizona and right now it is 111 degrees with 9% humidity (5:50pm). Kinda takes the fun out of riding for sure.

I have no need for a tan to say the least...

108° or 111°, not a great difference other than 111° is probably expected in Arizona whereas for us, these temperatures are truly record breaking. Never been this temperature in my 78+ years.

We rode up to Keystone tonight and had to bundle up, was 58 at Mt. Rushmore. Might have to put the liner back in my leather coat…

I hear ya. I had to order a portable air conditioner for my Mom who lives in Seattle from Amazon. All air conditioners are sold out for 100 square miles in that area. Plenty here in Phoenix. Go figure.

Today is the day. Good luck folks in the North west.

Yeah, Seattle is maybe 100 miles from where I live, but I don’t think quite that far, so she’s experiencing the same weather pattern that we are.

When I go riding here in NJ , I try to stick to the back roads with lots of big trees to create lots of shade.

Yes, there is a noticeable difference when you get into those groves of trees.

It appears as though our extreme heat wave is ending (hopefully). We were up to 44° C (111° F) and today is supposed to be in the low 30°’s. 30°C is 86°F....a more rideable temperature range. We’ll see.

One of the few things I have bought from H-D... A riding vest that you soak then let evaporative cooling work as you ride.

i have been riding my Spyder on long rides in temps from 25 to 119 F, i didn't care for either of those temps.
My normal riding temps are between 50 to 90 F, but being in Arizona i do short trips up to about 105.

I got stuck in bumper to bumper traffic yesterday? The fans were on and the temp on the display said 102. Not fun for 1 hours
