Hi look at the fuse #6 in the frunk inside the left side fuse panel. It only has power with key on in this position. If you want power all the time switch the fuse to #7 position.

Thank you. I tried this. Still no power. Do you think any connection would have gotten lost/losse?

If the fuse is good, then it seems there must be a problem in the wiring between fuse box and trunk receptacle, yes.
Have you had any work done to the bike since the last time you know the receptacle had power to it?

Also, one quick question Is there a separate fuse for the trunk 12V? Thanks a lot.

Only an oil change was done. Thanks a lot for your kind response.

The fuse that is located in position F6 or F7 (depending on whether or not you want the trunk 12v receptacle to be powered even with the ignition off) feeds only that trunk 12v circuit, I believe. If the fuse is not blown and you have the ignition switched on, then there should be power there regardless of which fuse block position it is in. Otherwise there is another problem.
Let me ask you this; how do you know there is no power at that receptacle? Did you test it with a meter or what?

Oh. Is the fuse at F6 or F7 only for the trunk 12V? Maybe should I change the fuse and check? Thanks a lot for your kind help. I appreciate it much.

That should not have impacted any wiring.

Yes, it's only for the accessory circuit, the one in the trunk. Did you pull it out to check to see if it's blown?

Hi UtahPete, It worked. The fuse was blown off. I replaced it with a spare and it is working now. Thank you so much.

You're welcome. And, congratulations on fixing it yourself.

Thank you. I do not know why it blew off though. Now it is fixed. Have a great evening.

What did you plug into it when it blew?
Some accessories can draw more current than the circuit wiring is designed to handle, causing the fuse to blow.

I put in a Bluetooth receiver. It worked well. that was the last time I used it.

FYI, the F6 & F7 fuse positions feed the frunk accessory outlet, if you have one, as well as the trunk accessory outlet.
