FOBO and 2020 RTL
Does anyone know if the FOBO tire pressure caps fit the stock valve stem and wheels on the 2020 RTL Dark Edition? I ask because I don't want to have to change my valve stems if I don't have to.

I have FOBO 2 on my 2020 RTL and RT622 trailer. The caps work with the factory stems, however FOBO recommends metal stems. They ship shorty stems with the kit, but they do not work with the Can Am wheels (too short). I ordered some from Walmart and had them installed.

I want to have metal stems installed for my Fobo 2. Do you have a link or model that you bought? Or any suggestions on which stems work best with Can Am Rims?

Appreciate the feedback Peter. I was just going by the manufacture website stating that it could cause a blow out. I have never used these before. My mentality is why take the chance. There has to be a reason they posted the warning on the site and provided metal stems in the box.

I have Napa p/n 90-416 metal valve stems that work with Fobo 2 on the 2020RT rims.

I think you will find that the Can-Am wheels don't have the 2 main problems FOBO is looking out for: excessively long valve stems that might bend under the weight of the sensor at speed and valve stems that stick out to the side that could encounter another part when rotating
