I purchased a new model Spyder RT Limited last week. I’m recovery from a spinal injury from an off road motorcycling accident and decided to trade in my Ducati Multistrada Enduro. Being uncertain when OR if I could ride my motorcycle again, I opted to try out a Spyder. In short I love the RT. My worry was how to take my crutches along for the ride. This is what is working for me.

Reason: Added Prefix
They both fit on the left side with the tips between the floor board and the body side. A single bungee cord secured the to the grab handle. We rode 2 up with no issues. The crutches are held securely in place between your leg and the bike.
I had a cane for a spell and strapped it across the rack on the top case.
Ours is a red, black and chrome 2017 F3 Limited. Bought new in 2/2019. The avatar is my first bike back in 1952, a Simplex Servi-Cycle. Photo taken at the Barber Museum.
