Unless you was bracket racing it, don't see why anyone would want to do that. You would lose most of the dependability and have to disable a lot of the computer systems. The 1330 has plenty of go for a street bike. If you want to race it, then you can build anything you want to. The more power you put in it, the less dependability you get out of it. Almost all modifications are a trade off between speed and dependability. With the extra power you will be limiting the life of the drive system, probably have difficulty hooking up on a launch, and most of the air, fuel, and exhaust systems would have be custom made, as well as the computer systems to control them. It would be a huge and costly project with no guarantee of success.

Stage whatever for the Harley was to the point that it broke the belt after just a few full power runs with 15 inch light truck tires on the rear. . The Harley could be swapped to a heavy chain drive fairly easy without fabricating any parts. Converting a Spyder to a chain drive system that will handle the additional power will probably involve a good bit of machine work and, the single tire would still be a problem for getting power to the pavement. Most likely will also need to extend the rear swing arm on back a good bit. Changing anything usually ends up having to modify 3 or 4 other things to make it work.
Not saying it can't be done, just that it is going to bring up a lot of problems that would have to be solved even just to race it.
As with anything of that kind, just as you finish solving all the problems and spending a small fortune to stuff the larger engine in it, the factory will announce that same engine will be an option on the new year model. Been there, done that..... with other brands.

IMHO, if you want that big of a bore, go with the HD Tri-glide, the Milwaukee 8 will give you all that you need with its torque, especially the 124, vastly different sense of performance, and you just cant touch Harley torque, and I am an Indian fan and past rider (bambi took out my Scout on Red Mountain 2 years ago on the Million Dollar Highway, I basically walked away from a head on deer collision at 55 mph....I have been to more than one funeral where other riders were not that lucky)
Anyway, to do that level of change is going way outside a safe or complete-able project, and if you need the displacement, just buy it to begin with. Now HD is releasing a new 131 CI too. Not to mention you need to be careful if the performance standards of the 1630 block exceed the capabilities of the Spyder frame, especailly wheel base and the span between the front tires.....

A Stage 2 is a ECU remap and a Cat-Delete and free flowing muffler. About $350.00 for the ECU flash and $225-350 for the Cat-Delete, depending upon who you buy it from, and $45-1500 for the muffler, again depending on who you buy it from. All relatively easy to do if you do the work yourself, add a few hundred $ if you have a shop do it. So, if all that only add 15 HP it might not be worth it. However, I absolutely love the way Spydie sounds with the new RLS Cat-Delete Resonator and the $45 China-Akropovic muffler.

If you're talking about a Wick-It ECU flash, stage 1 is $391.50 and Stage 2 is $515 .. https://wick-itperformance.com/shop-...-can-am-spyder
