Hypothetical question
Riding a 2018 RT. Highway speed. You want to press the Mode button to switch the Eco off. You accidentally press the parking brake button (they are so close together).
What happened if you do that? Just curious.

Nothing -- According to the F3 manual: NOTE: The parking brake cannot be activated when the vehicle is above 10 km/h (6MPH). Should be true for all models.

Page 17 of your operator's guide. Lots of good information in it.

I was thinking the parachute gets deployed but I am glad that I was wrong.
In all seriousness - if there is one area where CanAm has excelled / overachieved is safety. From the overrides like the one discussed in this thread, to the safety card, to the nanny and multiple others.

Has been asked....
It is a worrysome thing and has been asked a few times before. All the above is correct but it does make you wonder if they found this out the hard way..... have done it a few times on horseback but don't want to think about it on a rolling vehicle....
