Like the others said your tire is done - nothing will save it now - so get a new one. Changing tire pressure will not help.
I agree with Ann. We had a tire made earlier on our RT and it lasted 17000 miles. We had a later edition Kenda on the F3L and it lasted 19000 miles. On the RT we rode mostly 2 up. On the F3L we ryde solo. We ran 28 in the Kendas. We now have Kumho rears on both and run them at 19 psi.

It is NOT RUDE to politely suggest that a new member might get more information and help if he/she would make use of the search function and/or read back through some of the earlier discussions about issues of a similar nature.
What IS rude and shows poor manners is throwing insults at members who are trying to help in what they think is the best way possible.
