"Racism?!?" That's a bold accusation to make. I find that hard to believe.

Hi GDA, about 2 hours ago, I sent you a private message in SL right after i saw you comment.
I don't know who you are just by looking at your avatar name. But I honestly don't believe myself or anyone in my company would have treated someone or a customer with such manner. Seeing your location in Canada, we don't handle a very large customer based from Canada as we have a exclusive distributor there, so I really would like to know the issue.
If you would like to take moment to reply to my PM in your inbox with your full name (or the name you used to place an order with us), I would gladly respond to you personally instead of exchanging thread in SL.
Thank you and I appreciate your time and consideration in advance.
Sincerely,
Cindy / TricLED

What!?
Must be GDA is thinking of a different company. Never experience any such from Reg or Cindy. They are the best!

Accusing someone of racism is so 2016. This is 2017.....we are all zenophobes now.

Exceptional customer service from Tricled!

Let me venture a guess:
He doesn't speak or understand English good.....and therefore had trouble communicating.
And then called that "racism".......which of course isn't even close.
FYI.....seeing this thread reminded me I need a couple of things. Placed my order with them today.

Rarely have I dealt with anyone as competent and helpful as Cindy was on the phone with me. Went out of her way to fix an order that was from another dealer. I was thoroughly impressed.

Don - thank you!
I was glad to help you that day.
by the way - was the installation for the RT Vader Headlight & Foglight easier (or easier) with our new quick-connect and connectors?

I just went through this installation on my wife's F3T with Nestor, with TricLED. He was more than helpful.
A couple of points I brought up to him:
1. You need to remove the L bracket in front of the horn, this allows you to fit the horn. and yes, re-install the L bracket
after you get the horn in place.
2. You need to remove the black spacer on the bolt. If not, the horn hits the steering rod and is damn close to the water hoses.
Removal of the black spacer allows enough room for both.
I told him he needs to add these to the instructions, as they are written, they're lacking in clarity....
Works fine now.

great info to know. I could have used that..... had to relocate it because I was hitting the steering rod and could not get the horn to line up with the bracket.

GDA, it might just be the way I am reading your post, but how exactly does that substantiate your earlier, serious claim that they are "racist" ?
